Emirates has collaborated with two luxury beauty brands to ensure Dubai-based cabin crew maintain the airline's "signature glamour".
Dior and Davines, the B Corp Italian hair care brand, will work with the travel company to create The Emirates Beauty Hub in the firm's Dubai headquarters.
Open daily for the 18,000 Emirates cabin crew based in the city, trained Dior and Davines consultants will offer personalised appointments on make-up application along with skin, hair and grooming advice.
Emirates highlighted that staff will be recommended Dior Forever Skin Glow foundation; Diorshow On Stage Liner; Dior Backstage Face and Body Flash Perfector Concealer and Rouge Dior Forever Liquid to recreate the company's make-up uniform.
Nutrition and fitness "best practices" will also be offered.
"As the face of a globally recognised brand, Emirates highly trained, professional, and cosmopolitan cabin crew are a core part of this experience," said the UAE company.
Emirates has among the strictest beauty and grooming standards for cabin crew in the travel industry.
Former cabin crew have spoken out about pay cuts if they fail to keep up with Emirates' image policy, or if they put on weight.
The female team members must wear lipstick in Emirates' signature red, along with clear or red nail polish, neat hair and no visible tattoos.
Emirates reportedly offers an "Appearance Management Programme" for cabin crew that have put on weight, which includes measurement checks, diet and exercise plans.
Most European and US airlines, however, have removed image-based policies.
British airways Virgin Atlantic ended its mandatory make-up rule in 2019 and allowed visible tattoos from 2019.
The relaxed rules were extended to remove gendered uniforms.
