Drake has unveiled his first-ever eau de parfum via his high-end brand Better World Fragrance House.
Summer Mink is a rich amber woody composition that has been crafted by the Canadian rapper’s brand in collaboration with senior perfumer Michael Carby of Givaudan.
It is the latest addition to Drake’s luxury brand, which was created in partnership with beauty manufacturer Parlux and comprises a range of candles and Carby Musk perfume oil.
Summer Ink has top notes of Italian citrus, clary sage and petitgrain; middle notes of jasmine sambac and rose oil spices; and a base of vetiver, ambrofix and musk.
It “embodies the unexpected – the indulgence of wearing mink in the summer, defying conventions of seasonality and gender while embracing bold sophistication,” read a statement from the brand.
Summer Ink will exclusively debut on US retailer Ulta Beauty’s website on 11 May and then go into 1,400 stores nationwide on 12 May.
