Chanel is opening a retro-themed diner in the US to celebrate the launch of its Chance Eau Fraîche Eau de Parfum.
The French fashion house’s Lucky Chance Diner in Brooklyn’s Williamsburg neighbourhood will offer visitors a “personalised” and free-of-charge fragrance experience.
Open from 8 to 10 September, the pop-up space is launching in honour of Chanel’s latest scent.
Created by in-house perfumer Olivier Polge, it is described as “a deeper interpretation of the floral-sparkling fragrance”.
Visitors will be able to “explore all the interpretations of the surprising floral scent” as well as purchase the fragrance.
Other Chanel Chance scents will also be available to buy in the fragrance window.
A Chanel vending machine and diner-inspired treats will be available
The space, which originally housed the iconic Wythe Diner from 1968 to 1988, has been decorated in Chanel’s brand style.
The metal diner has been decked out in hues of pale mint and light pink, which are said to be inspired by the scent of Chance Eau Fraîche de Parfum.
As well as the “personalised scent discovery”, there will be interactive lawn games, a Chanel vending machine and diner-inspired treats available.
Not to mention the chance to pose for a selfie next to a life-size Chance Eau Fraîche de Parfum bottle.
The Lucky Chance Diner at 225 Wythe Avenue will be open from 11am to 7pm.
Reservations can be made, but walk-ins are also welcome.
