Contract manufacturer Budelpack has announced it has finalised a deal that sees it takeover the Labiomar site of the Yves Rocher Group in Signes, France.
The facility, which specialises primarily in the manufacture of skin care products in tubes and jars, currently employs 153 people, all of whom will be transferred to Budelpack.
“As a high-end skin care specialist, the Labiomar site in Signes fits perfectly into the Budelpack Group as a well-equipped, dedicated producer in one of our prioritised product segments. Its flexibility will enable us to offer the right skin care capabilities to all leading brand owners in FMCG. The deal will also mark the start of a long-term supplier relationship with the Yves Rocher Group, incorporating a five-year contract.”
The deal follows similar recent acquisitions and means Budelpack now operates nine production sites in six European countries.
