Beautycounter, the US cosmetics brand, has been named the No1 brand in the beauty category on Fast Company’s annual list of the world’s Most Innovative Companies.
It marks the third year that the brand has ranked on the list, which this year features 434 business from 39 countries.
"We are proud to be named again as one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies," said Beautycounter founder and CEO Gregg Renfrew.
"This not only acknowledges our leadership in the 'clean; beauty movement, but also further solidifies our leadership in the beauty industry as a whole."
Beautycounter has prohibited the use of more than 1,800 ingredients in its products, which include skin care, colour cosmetics, anti-ageing, men's and children's ranges.
