Counter Brands, the parent company of US skin care and cosmetics brand Beautycounter, has acquired the worldwide assets of NUDE Skincare and NUDE Brands from LVMH.
Counter Brands will grow the Beautycounter and NUDE assets globally from its US headquarters, outside of LA, and UK headquarters, located near London.
