New beauty brand on the block Wild has launched in an effort to disrupt the ‘stagnant’ deodorant sector.
The brand kick-started its soft launch 12 months ago, and redeveloped its packaging and formulations to go global this month.
Key features include biodegradable, compostable and refillable packaging, which is said to fully compost in six months and biodegrade within 12.
Meanwhile, the products’ aluminum tins are designed to last for years, unlike conventional single-use plastic or aerosol deodorants.
“We are so excited to be launching our vegan-friendly, sustainable refill deodorant into the UK and beyond,” said Wild’s co-founder Freddy Ward.
“We don’t believe in preaching, but rather aim to inspire as the power of small habit changes can go a long way.”
Consumers can opt for Wild’s subscription service, which offers one scent and refill for £12; the subscription service is then delivered in packs of three for £15 every three months.
The products are also available on a non-subscription basis trail, which offers three scents for £25.
Wild’s fragrance line includes Orange Zest, Coconut Dreams, Rose Blush and Mint Fresh.
