We have had a contract with Brown’s Hotel in Mayfair for some time now and first started supplying the hotel two years ago in its spa. Browns was the first hotel we secured a contract with for amenities, although not for spa products. So how does a hotel contract work? In our case, the hotel agrees to a supply based on projections on occupancy across a period of time, for example a year, and that is the basis for the contract. It is lucrative in terms of brand awareness more than anything; the margins are not as high as other sales areas.
