British beauty retailer Space NK saw a stellar performance in 2022, after posting record breaking sales in its most recent full-year results.
The company’s turnover rose to £119.1m during the 12 months to March 2022, up from the £93m just one year earlier.
The success can largely be attributed to Space NK investing in its infrastructure in recent years, with a heavy focus on its consumers.
However, this led to net losses of £620,768 for the period, when compared with the profits of £87.62m it saw in 2021.
This was the result of the sale of Space Brands Limited in 2021, along with the series of strategic investments into its stores, operation and customer acquisition methods.
Yet despite the dip in profits, it was undoubtedly still a strong year for the retailer, which landed some of the hottest brand exclusives in 2022.
