Vaseline has named South Korean singer Jennie Global Ambassador for its Body Care Collection.
The Unilever-owned heritage beauty brand said the partnership with the K-pop star “brings together one of the world’s most iconic body care brands with a modern cultural figure who represents confidence and self-expression through everyday care”.
She will front campaigns across key markets, spotlighting Vaseline’s advanced Gluta-Hya range, which claims to bring together high-performance ingredients with lightweight textures; and its Pro Derma collection, which aims to improve dryness and dullness.
Jennie, whose full name is Jennie Kim, is a 30-year-old singer, rapper, songwriter and actress, with 89 million followers on Instagram and 23.8 million on TikTok.
She rose to fame as a member of the South Korean girl group Blackpink, and since 2018 has released several popular solo tracks, including ‘Like Jennie’, ‘Mantra’ and ‘Handlebars’.
Jennie’s debut campaign for Vaseline will launch this month and deep dive into her body care routine.

It will highlight the rituals behind her hydrated skin and “the role body care plays in helping her feel confident in every setting”, read a Vaseline company statement.
Fernando Kahane, Global Brand VP at Vaseline, said: “For generations, Vaseline has created body care products people know and trust.
“With Gluta-Hya and Pro Derma, we continue to evolve body care through high-performance formulas designed to help skin feel healthy, hydrated and cared for.
“Jennie naturally reflects that confidence and effortless glow.”
Commenting on the partnership, Jennie revealed that Vaseline was a natural fit for her.
“For me, body care has always mattered just as much as hair and skin care, so partnering with Vaseline feels like a natural fit,” says Jennie.
“I love sauna sessions and cold plunges to keep my skin feeling healthy, and afterwards I always reach for a moisturising lotion to lock in the glow.
“Gluta-Hya is one of my favourites because it is light, never sticky, and leaves my skin feeling hydrated and dewy.”
