Founded in 1995 by Swiss chemist Tazio Tettamanti, Ultrasun originated from a very personal standpoint, after his own brother was a victim of skin cancer. The chemist was inspired to use his expertise to create a range of high quality sun care for those very vulnerable to the sun including those who suffer from sun allergies, prickly heat and sun-related acne. Ultrasun’s parent company is Art & Fragrance SA, headquartered in Switzerland, although it is run, along with all the other brands in the portfolio, as a separate subsidiary in order to maximise performance.
