Tarte Cosmetics hopes to end cyber-bullying with #KissAndMakeup campaign
Tarte Cosmetics has unveiled its latest anti-cyberbullying campaign in partnership with charity Tyler Clementi Foundation.
The #KissAndMakeup initiative aims to promote kindness on social media, a place often abused by online trolls.
The make-up brand is encouraging Instagram users to apply lipstick, kiss their hand, place it over their mouth and to take a selfie using the hashtag.
Tor every selfie sharedm and tagged to Tarte, the brand will make a donation to the anti-bullying foundation.
"A few kind words have the ability to transform live, and by normalising compassion instead of cruelty, I hope we can make the internet a more beautiful place,” said CEO and founder of Tarte, Maureen Kelly.
