Brazil may have a receding economy, but the country's colour cosmetics market is growing rapidly. According to a new report by Canadean, the Brazilian make-up market will increase from BRL 7.1bn (US$3.2bn) in 2013 to BRL 13.4bn (US$5.1bn) by the end of 2018 – a rise of 60%, despite the country's negative economic growth in three of the last four quarters.
