The purpose of this role is to drive digital growth and ensure exceptional customer experiences across their website. The successful candidate will have operational expertise, experience in optimising online sales, and a strong track record in ecommerce strategy
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive strategy for online sales, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and marketing plans.
- Supervise the operation and efficiency of the online sales platform to deliver a smooth customer experience.
- Manage and enhance product visibility and sales performance on third-party marketplaces such as major online retailers.
- Spearhead digital campaigns to increase website traffic, improve customer conversion rates, and maximise online revenue.
- Guide and support the digital commerce team, fostering accountability and skill development while achieving key objectives.
- Partner with internal teams across marketing, operations, and sales to streamline product launches, promotional activities, and customer outreach initiatives.
- Direct customer relationship initiatives, including rewards programs, email campaigns, and retention strategies to maximise engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing online retail operations, with a strong emphasis on digital advertising and customer engagement tools.
- A deep understanding of CRM, and experience managing digital marketing initiatives to achieve ambitious sales and engagement goals.
- Demonstrated success in enhancing online platforms and achieving significant revenue increases.
- Solid knowledge of user experience (UX) design fundamentals and expertise in customer relationship management systems.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyse metrics and develop actionable improvement strategies.
