Selfridges has confirmed it is considering slashing jobs at its head office by 2%.

The proposed job cuts are part of a restructuring process at the UK luxury department store chain, with Selfridges having entered into a consultation process with head office employees. 

Selfridges confirmed the news to Cosmetics Business via email.

The company statement read: “We are proposing changes to some of our head office teams in line with our strategic and financial objectives.
