Luxury UK collagen brand Revive Collagen named seasoned beauty industry veteran Shawn Hayes as President, Americas, in July.
Haynes was brought on to lead the brand’s US expansion and joined from Wyn Beauty, the beauty brand by tennis player Serena Williams, where he also held a CEO role.
Collaborating closely with Williams and the brand’s board of directors, Haynes claimed he drove the company's growth strategy and maximised its value.
Williams’ brand is not the only business Haynes has helped scale to impressive heights.
He has also helped launch and scale some of the category's most recognised brands, including Mane by Jen Atkin, e.l.f. Cosmetics and Revolution Beauty.
