Beauty retailer Sephora has kicked off its We Belong to Something Beautiful campaign as part of its commitment to inclusivity in beauty.

The pledge will see the LVMH-owned retailer work to make the beauty space more inclusive for all customers.

On 5 June the retailer will shut down its stores, corporate offices and distribution centres to host inclusivity workshops for its employees.

“We will never stop building a community where diversity is expected self-expression is honoured, all are welcome and you are included,” read the retailer’s announcement on its Community site.

According to Bustle, Sephora will also publish a manifesto online of its commitment to equality in the beauty sector.
