Dolly Parton duets with Edge Beauty on new fragrance line

The entertainment superstar has signed a licence with Edge Beauty to develop a signature fragrance, with the first collection launching in spring

Dolly Parton is a busy woman. Not content with releasing a new holiday album, A Holly Dolly Christmas and making headlines for her £800,000 contribution towards funding the Moderna vaccine, Parton has inked a long-term licence agreement with Edge Beauty for the creation, development and distribution of her signature fragrance.

Fragrances will be inspired by the country music superstar’s own signature scent with the first collection set to launch in spring 2021.

“Fragrance has always played a major role in my life – I wear my own combination of scents every day,” said Parton.

“I am so excited to share this dream with my fans. Developing my own brand and scent with Edge Beauty has been an amazing experience, and I am looking forward to becoming a big part of the fragrance community.”

Parton is the most revered female country singer-songwriter of all time with 26 of her songs having reached number 1 on the Billboard country charts.

Parton is not the only music and film legend working with Edge Beauty, as the company’s portfolio also includes branded products from fellow entertainer Cher.
