The Lets Get Ready programme offers over 2,000 unique beauty looks

Coty has teamed up with Amazon to launch 'Let’s Get Ready' on Amazon Show – Amazon’s first Echo device with a screen.

Exclusive to the UK, the skill allows users to watch beauty tutorials and quick tips, and receive product recommendations from Coty’s Consumer Beauty portfolio, which includes Clairol, Rimmel, Max Factor, Bourjois and Sally Hansen.

The Let’s Get Ready programme can deliver more than 2,000 unique combinations and considers individual attributes, including hair, eye and skin colour.

It can also sync with a person’s Facebook calendar to proactively suggest looks for upcoming events, and products can be added straight to users shopping basket.

Jason Forbes, Coty’s Chief Digital and Media Officer, said: “Digital innovation with a focus on voice and virtual assistants is a key part of our digital strategy as we aim to bring consumers frictionless beauty experiences.

“This allows us to deliver an authentic and personalised experience for beauty enthusiasts that happens near real time, delivering customers looks in the contact of a person’s lifestyle and personal attributes.”

Coty Consumer Beauty’s GM of UK & Ireland Nick Sedgwick added: “Collaborating with Amazon for the Let’s Get Ready skill is a perfect way to enable self-expression tailored for each individual with an emphasis on physical characteristics, personal style, trend predictions and specific events.”
