Church & Dwight acquires Batiste Dry Shampoo
Intends to grow UK business
Andy Routley, managing director of Church & Dwight UK commented: “The acquisition of the Batiste Dry Shampoo brand will drive further significant growth to our UK business, provide greater scale and be the springboard for additional growth over the coming months and years. We shall be working closely with all our existing partners to maintain the wonderful growth momentum of Batiste.”
Church & Dwight’s current portfolio of consumer brands includes Arm & Hammer, Pearl Drops and Nair.
