The multicultural beauty market is booming. Beauty sales among black women specifically grew 28% between 2011 and 2016, according to Mintel. Millennial women in particular were core category sales drivers.

Peter Mudahy is the CEO of the Pak Group which manages Pak Cosmetics, Europe's leading multicultural hair and beauty supplier. He has more than 35 years in the professional and ethnic hair sector working with brands such as Redken, Revlon, World of Curls in the US and BlackLikeMe in South Africa.
