Nails.Inc has been acquired by Pacific World Corporation to fuel the British nail care company's North America expansion plans.
The private equity firm, which is wholly owned by Prospect Capital, will help the beauty brand accelerate its presence in the US and Canada.
This includes boosting its retail and digital strategy and expanding product lines.
