For a campaigner who champions diversity, it’s almost ironic just how divisive Munroe Bergdorf has become.
The right-wing British press claim she’s a ‘Trans Taliban’, while the left have celebrated her for addressing hard to swallow issues about race and feminism.
In an unusual rise to fame, she was thrown into the spotlight after L’Oréal Paris sacked her from its True Match campaign, which highlighted social justice with foundation shades, for speaking out against an engrained acceptance of white supremacy.
