Kiehl’s, the L'Oréal-owned skin care brand, has opened its European flagship store in London, UK.

The 1,300sqft space, built on Carnaby Street across two floors, represents a “major strategic milestone” for the brand's physical retail footprint.

Kiehl’s said it is focused on creating experiential beauty spaces amid an ongoing investment in standalone, free-standing retail stores.


Tickets are now available for the 25th anniversary of the Pure Beauty Awards, taking place on 15 October 2026 at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London, UK. Join the beauty industry for an evening of recognition and celebration as this year’s winners are revealed. Click here to secure your place.


The choice to open a store in the Soho area was also deliberate, Niki Lo, GM of Indie Brands at L’Oréal, told Cosmetics Business.
