Hitting the market as her eponymous lifestyle brand, The Jessica Simpson Collection, marks its 20th anniversary, new fragrance Mystic Canyon is inspired by her new album, Nashville Canyon.
Simpson, known for her role in Blonde Ambition and single ‘I Wanna Love You Forever’, first broke into fragrance in 2004 through a partnership with Clean founder Randi Shinder, before teaming up with Parlux for the launch of Jessica Simpson Fancy in 2008.
Simpson’s fragrance offering has since grown to 19 scents, made in collaboration with perfumers Alexis Dadier, Celine Barel, Steve DeMercado, Cecile Hua and Marypierre Julien.
The new launch, Mystic Canyon, is an amber floral scent balancing fruits, florals, and warm woody notes.

Mystic Canyon is the latest scent launch from actress Jessica Simpson
“Mystic Canyon is about honouring the strength I have discovered, the softness I have learned to embrace, and the freedom that comes from being unapologetically yourself," said Simpson in a statement.
"To me, this fragrance is like a journey bottled up – a reminder that every woman carries her own mystery and magic."
To bring the launch to life, Simpson continued to work with beauty manufacturer Parlux, which has also created scents for the likes of Billie Eilish and Paris Hilton.
Lori Singer, President of Parlux, added: "Jessica has always been ahead of her time in connecting with her audience through fragrance.
"With Mystic Canyon, she delivers a fragrance that is striking yet deeply personal – reflecting confidence, individuality, and the beauty of contrasts, much like Jessica herself."
The scent will be launching exclusively with retailer JCPenney.
