Cult French skin care brand Aroma-Zone has opened its debut physical store in London, UK.

The 340sq m flagship store launched on 7 November at Westfield shopping centre in White City, designed around offering customers an immersive experience.

The business, founded in 1999 by sisters Anne-Cécile and Valérie Vausselin, specialises in a range of products, including skin care, essential oils, supplements and collagen drinks.

Customers can now shop the brand’s 500 natural products, take part in beauty workshops, and explore Aroma-Zone’s signature Booster Bar in what it claims is a first in the UK.

The space also features French-made furnishings, considered lighting, and, playing into the brand’s name, distinct zones for each product category to help navigation.

These are focused on face, hair, body, nutrition and aromatherapy.

A team of trained naturopaths and beauty experts are also on hand in-store to offer personalised guidance throughout each visit.

The focus on personalisation and in-store interaction was a key aspect of the store’s design, Aroma-Zone CEO Sabrina Herlory Rouget, told Cosmetics Business during the pre-launch event on 6 November.
