Indu is empowering young people to become the next big sports stars via its Teen Athlete Sponsorship Programme. 

The British teen beauty brand’s new scheme will support young athletes as they compete, covering costs including competition entry fees, travel expenses, and any kit or equipment they might need.

The aim is to empower teens from all backgrounds and pursuits to reach their sporting goals – whether they want to be a world championship surfer, an under-18s squad footballer or a competitive dancer.

The scheme’s launch follows research by Indu which revealed that 97% of teens would feel more empowered if they saw a brand supporting other teens in their hobbies and talents.

“The reason we started Indu was because there was a distinct lack of beauty brands specifically for young people, and similarly, there is a distinct lack of sponsors out there for up-and-coming athletes,” Indu co-founder Aaron Chatterley told Cosmetics Business.
