Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and empower a cross-market commercial team across sales, PR and brand development
  • Drive growth and profitability across retail, e-commerce and distribution channels
  • Develop Joint Business Plans with major retailers and partners
  • Identify new market opportunities and build compelling business cases
  • Build and execute market-specific strategies for UK, EU and UAE
  • Strengthen distributor performance and ensure brand standards
  • Analyse performance data and market P&Ls to guide strategy and investment

Candidate Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in international sales and commercial leadership within premium beauty
  • Strong beauty buyer relationships with premium UK retailers
  • Proven success in founder-led businesses and fast-paced environments
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the EU and long haul
