Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and empower a cross-market commercial team across sales, PR and brand development
- Drive growth and profitability across retail, e-commerce and distribution channels
- Develop Joint Business Plans with major retailers and partners
- Identify new market opportunities and build compelling business cases
- Build and execute market-specific strategies for UK, EU and UAE
- Strengthen distributor performance and ensure brand standards
- Analyse performance data and market P&Ls to guide strategy and investment
Candidate Requirements:
- Extensive experience in international sales and commercial leadership within premium beauty
- Strong beauty buyer relationships with premium UK retailers
- Proven success in founder-led businesses and fast-paced environments
- Willingness to travel regularly within the EU and long haul
