Hailey Bieber’s Rhode has promoted Lauren Ratner to President and Chief Brand Officer.
Ratner, previously Head of Brand, will now sit across all business functions at the model’s skin care company.
Bieber, the wife of singer Justin Bieber, launched Rhode in June 2022, but Ratner joined the beauty brand pre-launch in 2020.
Over the past three years, Ratner has helped develop Rhode’s offering and grow its reach.
This included a partnership with Krispy Kreme, where the brand unveiled a strawberry flavour of its Peptide Lip Treatment inspired by the food giant’s Strawberry Glazed Doughnut.
The collaboration tapped into both the ‘strawberry girl’ and ‘glazed doughnut’ beauty trends which have dominated social media this year.
‘Rhode’s Krispy Kreme’ has 1.4 billion views on TikTok.

Before working at Rhode, Ratner held senior marketing positions at fashion house Reformation and luxury accessories brand Michael Kors.
Rhode’s latest leadership appointment follows the departure of CEO Melanie Bender in October after one year at the helm.
Bender was brought in to scale up the brand, expanding it into seven global markets.
She had previously served as the founding President of skin care line Versed.
Rhode is not the only beauty brand to announce a big C-suite shake-up.
Cosmetics giant Avon has named Kristof Neirynck CEO as Angela Cretu steps down.
‘Clean’ beauty retailer Credo has appointed Sephora veteran Annie Jackson CEO.
Meanwhile, Neom co-founder Oliver Mennell has stepped down after 18 years.
