Garnier will host a two-day London pop-up to promote its new Good Permanent Hair Dye.
The space will open between 28 February and 1 March at The Good Stuff Smoothie Bar on Percy Street, London.
Visitors will be able to sample smoothies, try on different hair shades using interactive AI software and also have the opportunity to win prizes.
“It’s not just fun at the front of the store, but at the bottom of your smoothie,” Garnier said in a statement.
“You’ll have a chance to win prizes and be invited through a secret entrance into the exclusive Good Lounge.
“These lucky guests might win a professional blow dry and GOOD hair consultation with Garnier Home Hair Colour Expert and Celebrity Stylist Michael Douglas.”
The Good Permanent Hair Dye was created after five years of development.
It is available in 19 shades including Vanilla Blonde and Truffle Soft, and is said to provide up to eight weeks of colour.
The cream formula is ammonia-free and creates an “intensely glossy hair with up to 100% grey coverage”.
It follows Garnier’s owner, L’Oréal, releasing an automated brush device under its L’Oréal Paris brand that delivers root-to-tip hair dye application in 2024.
Colorsonic, which took a decade to develop, automatically mixes dye and developer in a “perfect ratio” to deliver “long-lasting colour” for consumers, said the French beauty giant.
Mimicking the motion of brushing your hair, the handheld device is designed to separate and saturate every strand, with bristles that move 300 times per minute to “distribute colour evenly”.
