The Italian cosmetics market is being driven largely by exports, according to figures from Italian trade association Cosmetica Italia. Sales rose by 0.8% last year but domestic sales were down by 1.4%. The previous year, sales fell by 1.2%. The market as a whole was worth €9.4bn in 2014, with exports rising by 4.9%.
