Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) Executive VP and CFO Tracey Travis is retiring.
Travis will step down on 30 June, 2025, after more than 12 years at the company.
A successor for the leadership role has been found and will be named in the coming weeks.
Travis has overseen ELC’s global finance, accounting, investor relations, information technology and strategy, and new business development during her tenure.
She has advanced the financial profile of the company’s global brand portfolio too, including building an integrated Global Finance & Strategy (F&S) organisation, said ELC.
Global F&S aims to maximise business and transformational opportunities, optimise capital structure, and support brand growth strategies and cash management.
“Under her guidance, the company has enhanced its financial strength and flexibility, enabling us to further invest in our long term growth drivers,” read a statement from ELC.
“Such as innovation, digital transformation, emerging markets, talent development and M&A strategy.”
Travis has also co-led ELC’s Global Value Council and served as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and Investment Development Committee.
Fabrizio Freda, CEO of ELC, said Travis has been an “invaluable” business partner.
“She has built and led a robust, integrated Global F&S organisation that has served as a valued business partner across the company and has helped to optimise delivery of our financial plans,” commented Freda.
“Her financial acumen, discipline and operational excellence have been essential to our company’s growth.
“And so many areas of our organisation have her valuable imprint on them.”
Travis joined ELC in 2012 from fashion company Ralph Lauren, where she served as CFO for seven years.
She has also held leadership roles at Limited Brands, American National Can and PepsiCo.
