Join a dynamic team as Ecommerce Operations Assistant, where you’ll support daily online orders, coordinate with warehouse partners, and help ensure smooth fulfilment for customers.
This hands-on role is fully office-based, with excellent opportunities for learning and progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage daily orders from ecommerce platforms, including Amazon
- Assist with creating shipments, updating tracking, and resolving order issues
- Keep track of inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with warehouse partners
- Help the team to meet packaging compliance and delivery standards
- Monitor performance of key account metrics, alerting the team to any issues
- Assist in preparing weekly logistics and fulfilment reports
Candidate Requirements:
- An understanding of ecommerce processes, ideally including Amazon Seller Central
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- A positive, proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team player
