Dove unveils its best ever body wash range

Published: 2-Jul-2024

Following the ground-breaking launch of Dove Advanced Care Body Wash, Dove Skin Cleansing Brand Manager, Charlotte Alexander, discusses how they have developed the range to meet peoples’ changing skin care needs

Dove, the UK’s number one body wash brand, has unveiled its best body wash range to date - Dove Advanced Care Body Wash.

Over nine years in the making, Dove’s groundbreaking Advanced Care Body Wash range harnesses the power of the brand’s new MicroMoisture Technology which provides consumers with 24-hour lotion soft skin and actively works to renew the skin’s moisture from within.

The body wash works with the skin’s natural renewal processes to regenerate moisture long-term, rather than just providing a temporary hit of hydration. Dove’s Advanced Care Body Wash range also continues to contain the brand’s Directly Esterified Fatty Isethionate (DEFI) technology, delivering a gentle yet thorough cleanse, whilst being as mild to the skin as water.

In addition to the launch of Dove’s Advanced Care range, Dove has also unveiled an upgraded version of its Classic Care range.

Charlotte Alexander, Dove Skin Cleansing Brand Manager at Unilever, said: “This launch will completely transform our Dove Body Wash portfolio, meaning our market-leading brand is only going to get better. Dove Advanced Care is backed by nearly a decade of work from our research and development team, with the groundbreaking MicroMoisture Technology providing rich nourishment for 24 hours.”

The new Dove Advanced Care Body Wash range is available in 10 variants, nine of which consumers already know and love including Dove’s most celebrated variant, Deeply Nourishing. Dove’s Classic Care range is available in four variants, Hydrate, Velvet Glow, Fruity Nourish and Gentle Pamper.

Dove Advanced Care and Dove Classic Care body washes are manufactured with over 92% biodegradable formulas, are PETA Approved Vegan and are sold in 100% recycled bottles6 .
