Cult Beauty has revealed the top five most searched-for skin care ingredients on Google of the year so far.

The pure play beauty retailer analysed the search engine’s data, which revealed that the top searched ingredient globally in 2020 was vitamin C.

Vitamin C is touted for its antioxidant and protective properties against the signs of skin ageing; it is also claimed to help maintain a smooth, even and glowing complexion.
