Bulldog donates £250,000 of personal care products to NHS workers
After a brief shut down of its website, 56,000 personal hygiene products have now been delivered to healthcare workers
Male grooming brand Bulldog has donated £250,000 worth of personal care products to NHS workers in the UK.
In March, the brand launched its free care package containing Bulldog’s Original Bamboo Razor, Shave Gel, Moisturiser and Bar Soap; the pack was designed for male healthcare workers, who were encouraged to shave their facial hair to correctly wear PPE.
Since then, the brand confirmed it has been able to provide more than 56,000 personal care products to workers via its online offer and partners.
Speaking about the initiative, Caroline Mallet, Bulldog’s General Manager, said: “Like everyone in the UK, the NHS has touched the lives of the Bulldog team in countless ways.
“When we saw the images of the dedicated NHS frontline staff after 12-hour shifts in protective masks, we knew we had to play our part to help.
“While we know that grooming is far from the most important thing right now, we wanted to do all we could to make the lives of our amazing NHS staff that little it easier.”
