February sees the launch of a new mascara from French beauty company Bourjois (Chanel) specifically designed to capture every lash from the inside corner of the eyes outwards. True to its name, the new Fan-tastic Volume features a fan-shaped brush that promises to add volume, length and separation to the lashes. It features cone-shaped bristles designed to reach in between the lashes and coat each one without clumping, while reservoirs in between each row of bristles help to dispense the formula evenly. Fan-tastic Volume will be priced at £9.99.

Meanwhile, the brand is also releasing a new line of So Laque nail polishes for spring 2013 entitled Rendez-vous A Paris. It contains eight shades inspired by a "chic and colourful Parisian world" including Oh So Rose (pale pink), BC Beige (taupe grey), Adora-blue (pastel blue) and Coton sur ton (bleached pink).

The formula has also been updated to include a glossy finish, as well as an "anti-chipping resin" to enable up to 10 days' wear. Each shade is priced at £5.99 and launches in March.
