Victoria Beckham invests £3 million in daughter Harper’s beauty brand

Entrepreneur and Spice Girls star Victoria Beckham is supporting daughter Harper’s beauty venture as new filings reveal a £3 million investment into holding company H7B Ltd between 2024 to 2025

Harper Beckham’s rumoured beauty brand has received major financial backing from her mother – fashion designer, beauty mogul (founder of Victoria Beckham Beauty) and Spice Girls star Victoria Beckham.

A new filing from holding company H7B Ltd – established by Victoria and her business associate Oliver Shipton – revealed that Victoria has made significant financial investment into the company.

The 1 October filing shows that Victoria has injected more than US$3m into Harper’s rumoured venture from its inception in 2024 through to the end of 2025.

The document said the company owes creditors roughly $3.4m.

The funds were spent on “brand creation” and are “due within one year”.

Rumours around Harper launching a skin care line first started swirling in October 2025.

A trademark application for ‘Hiku by Harper’ was filed covering a range of consumer products including skin care, hair care, body care and colour cosmetics.

The brand faced a setback when the trademark application was then blocked in the US earlier this year.

A further trademark application for Harlo by Harper was filed on 3 July 2026 in the US, and 8 July 2026 in the UK, covering a range of beauty products including acne treatments, self-tanning products, body care, hair care, fragrance, skin care and cosmetics.

While no announcement has been made yet, the brand is rumoured to be launching it 2027.
