Tarte Cosmetics partners with Meitu to celebrate birthday week

To commemorate 17 years in the market, Meitu’s virtual make-up try-on app, MakeupPlus, will feature Tarte Cosmetics’ top selling lip products

Tarte Cosmetics’ birthday week started back in October, but the celebrations are still on-going.

The Kosé-owned brand has collaborated with the world’s leading beauty app developer, Meitu, featuring in its MakeupPlus app.

Fox Liu, Head of International Business at Meitu, said: “We are delighted to bring a leading color brand, like Tarte Cosmetics, to our user base. We're kicking things off by launching over 70 of their top-selling shades in four different collections over COUNTER.”

MakeupPlus takes the guesswork out of online make-up shopping and allows customers to virtually try on products before they buy them.

Tarte’s four collections featured on MakeupPlus’ includes: Double Duty Beuaty The Lip Sculpter & Lipgloss, Rainforest of the Seas Colour Splash Hydrating Lipstick, Tartiest Quick Dry Matte Lip Paint and Double Duty Beauty The Lip Architect Lipstick & Liner.

Other brands on the app include: Clarins, Charlotte Tilbury and Flower Beauty.
