Tarte cosmetics has teamed up with augmented reality company FaceCake Marketing Technologies on its cosmetics colour search app.
ShadeScout launched earlier this year and features an expansive collection of make-up by a number of brands, with its first featured partner being tarte. The app allows consumers to virtually try on and purchase products using the app. Users can also share the results on social media.
