Takasago appoints Dr Dulce Paredes as VP, consumer insights & market research
Paredes joins Takasago from Avon Products’ global R&D consumer sciences group where she led the consumer and product testing team that supported global strategy for the skin care, colour cosmetics, fragrance, hair care and personal care products. She describes herself a “consumer navigator”, bringing consumer focus into the innovation and strategic business goals of the organisation. Before joining Avon she worked with Kraft and the Pepsi Cola Company.
“Paredes’ background combines strong technical, management and consumer insights and research strengths in the flavour and fragrance industries,” said Buck. “We are enthusiastic about all that she brings to us, and are looking forward to how she will enhance our efforts.”
