Process Flow:
- Disperse carbomer in glycerin. Try not to get lumps while pour in boiling deionised water, and stir evenly;
- Scatter xanthan gum in EG - 1, pour the remaining cooled deionised water and the remaining components of Phase B together into the carbomer dispersions and mix evenly while hear to 80°C
- Mix phase A and heat to 80°C; Mix phase A and phase B and stir for 30 minutes while keep the heat;
- Stir while cool to 60°C, then add phase C; stir and cool to below 45°C, then add phase D. Continue stirring and cool to room temperature.
