The number of people in the UK suffering from stress is growing. According to research from Tilda over half of Britons report rising levels of stress and anxiety, while a 2013 report by psychiatrists at the University of Cambridge and the University of Hertfordshire states that more than eight million people in the country suffer from anxiety disorders caused by the pressures of modern life. This costs the UK nearly £10bn per year, says the report.
