Japan’s Shiseido-owned Serge Lutens has tapped into the world of citrus with its collection of eaux fraîches.
Inspired by childhood memories of bath-time, the Matin Lutens collection is available in three scents, L’Eau Serge Lutens, Parole d’eau and Dans le bleu qui pétille (£110).
L’Eau Serge Lutens contains notes of magnolia, white mint and sage, while Dans le bleu qui pétille evokes the scent of salt and iodine on skin.
Each fragrance has also been adapted into a cleansing body and hand gel (£36), which the brand recommends using prior to the scent.
The body care line has been designed to embrace the interconnectivity between smell and touch.
This year celebrates 30 years since Serge Lutens opened his first namesake boutique in Paris in 1992.
The Palais Royal boutique contained only one fragrance – Féminité Du Bois – claiming to be the first-ever unisex scent on the market at the time.
The collection is available from 29 March worldwide via sergelutens.com.
