Design flexible tooling has been developed to provide customers with the opportunity to create custom designs without incurring the costs associated with full bespoke tooling. With only minor limitations, the tools can easily be modified for shape.

Manufactured in PETG, PP, HDPE and POM, the pack consists of a three-part cap assembly (incorporating cap, wand and applicator tip), a printed bottle and a wiper. The bottle can be supplied with or without the wiper pre-fitted, depending on filling line requirements, and either top or bottom fill versions can be specified.

“In an image-driven market such as cosmetics, effective branding is essential but custom designs can be costly,” explains Ian Smith, sales manager of RPC beauté Thornaby.”
