Positive 2010 for Swedish direct seller Oriflame

8% growth in local currency sales


Swedish direct seller Oriflame Cosmetics, first founded in Stockholm in 1967, has announced results for the 12 months ending 31 December 2010.

Local currency sales increased by 8% and Euro sales increased by 15% to €1,513.6m. Adjusted operating margins amounted to 11.1% and the adjusted operating profit was of €168.1m. Adjusted net profit amounted to €128.3m.

According to Oriflame’s predictions, in 2011 operating margins will improve compared to 2010 while sales growth is expected to be 5 – 10% in local currency.
