The move aims to meet increasing customer demand in China for fragrance pumps
The Melodie pump is said to be Silgan Dispensing’s leading fragrance pump for the luxury market with customisation options including the company’s invisible dip tube (NoC) and Melodie Forever spray, which provides prolonged, fine atomisation.
“This expansion allows us to meet the increasing customer demand we’re seeing in China for fragrance pumps,” said Sandy Gregory, Marketing Director for Fragrance at Silgan Dispensing.
“Companies are looking for ultra-premium pumps with excellent performance that align with and enhance their brand image, while also needing local technical and commercial support, short lead times and responsive, agile service.”
The company’s Wuxi facility already produces a range of products, including its completely recyclable Pearl 2 airless dispenser.
