Dutch cosmetics and lifestyle brand Rituals has opened its first ever retail outlet in the UK at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Cheshire Oaks. The launch ties in with the brand’s continued plans to build consumer awareness in an environment suitable to its DNA.
The concept store is designed to offer customers the chance to experience the brand’s home, body and cosmetics at a fraction of the retail price on current and discontinued lines.
Rituals Managing Director Penny Grivea says: “The opening went very well and I’m very proud to have a shop fit that is as beautiful as our global standalone stores. Our stores offer an at-home environment and want to ensure that our customers and friends get the same consistent service wherever they go.”
She adds: “Our philosophy is to provide customers’ happiness in their daily routines and to change these routines into more meaningful moments. It’s about enjoying the here and now.”
