Hugely successful webinar to help cosmetic and personal care industry prepare for Brexit available on-demand

Following the emphatic vote to ‘get Brexit done’ in the general election, the UK will be leaving the
European Union imminently.

To help cosmetic and personal care businesses across the UK prepare for the regulatory and supply changes that will come into force as of the exit date, the Cosmetics Cluster UK (CCUK), in partnership with MSL Solution Providers, recently hosted a free webinar.

Almost 300 people tuned in to view the webinar live on 23rd January, which was met with overwhelmingly positive feedback and requests for copies of the presentation.

To meet this demand, and to help businesses that were unable to watch live, the ‘Prepare for Brexit’ webinar is now available to view on demand here.

In this webinar, MSL’s leading cosmetic regulatory experts explain the likely Brexit scenarios and the impact these will have on the regulatory landscape.

Specific advice is offered to help guide SMEs in the cosmetic, toiletries and personal care sector through the key changes in legislation, as well as delivering solutions to help businesses get prepared.

Angela Davies, CEO of MSL Solution Providers, comments: "As one of the largest independent Responsible Persons, we are at the forefront of Brexit preparations and can help businesses prepare or refine their plans.

"We have been thrilled with the reception that our webinar has received to date and would urge any cosmetics companies that are unclear about what action they need to take, to watch it. After all, if they want to continue selling in Europe, they need to act now."

The event was facilitated via CCUK with funding from the Business Readiness Fund. This fund is provided by the Department of Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy’s (BEIS) to support events, training and the production of advice packs to assist businesses in making sure they are fully prepared for Brexit.
