MoCRA increases the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) powers, bringing enhanced scrutiny and increasing the safety of cosmetic products sold into the US. Companies have until 1 st July 2024 to comply with the requirements related to cosmetic product facility registration and cosmetic product listing, to maintain access to this $430 billion market.
